Brio is a national restaurant chain. Tec has completed full HVAC, electrical, plumbing and lighting design for more than 15 restaurants across the county.

Lake County YMCA Central Branch, Painesville, Ohio. In separate projects, Tec completed lighting design and electrical engineering in the Healthy Lifestyle Center, youth Adventure Center and Entrance Lobby & Corridor.

Tec Inc. Engineering & Design has completed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for multiple renovation and replacement projects at the hospital. Included are renovation of the ICU, CCU, NICU and servery; and replacement of chillers, air-handling units, and emergency generators.

Tec Inc. Engineering & Design completed mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for this new construction Emergency Room facility. The second floor contains shell space for future ambulatory surgery center.

Dublin Methodist Hospital, Dublin, OH Ardra Zinkon, lighting designer at Tec Inc. Engineering & Design completed the lighting design of the patient rooms and public spaces in this new construction hospital. This is a Pebble Project hospital.

Ashtabula County Medical Center Cath Lab renovation and addition. Tec completed mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for this project.

Recipient of GE Edison Award of Merit 2001

Ardra Zinkon received the GE Edison Award of Excellence for Environmental Design for this project. Tec completed the lighting design for the the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. The project incorporated custom designed fixtures to provide a classic look, blending with the architecture, while exceeding energy efficiency standards by 20 percent.
